精萘又名萘（精），白色易揮發(fā)晶體，有溫和芳香氣味，粗萘有煤焦油臭味，閃點(diǎn)80℃，熔點(diǎn) 80.1℃ 沸點(diǎn)217.9℃，不溶于水，溶于無(wú)水乙醇、醚、苯，密度比水重，性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，主要用于合成鄰苯二甲酸酐等。以往的衛(wèi)生球就是用萘制成的，但由于萘的毒性，現(xiàn)在衛(wèi)生球已經(jīng)禁止使用萘作為成分。
